[dart-misc] Evolving Dart core libs

Hi!

We're working on sorting out what changes to make to the core libs as part
of Dart 2.0.

As part of this we'll be triaging issues
<https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue%20is%3Aopen%20label%3Aarea-library%20-label%3Aarea-html%20-label%3Alibrary-html%20-label%3Alibrary-io%20-label%3Aarea-io%20-label%3Alibrary-webgl>
(including
feature requests) filed against the corelibs. Therefore, if you filed such
an issue or took part in a corelib issue discussion that you still care
deeply about, please make sure that the issue is up-to-date and, in
particular, that it has the label area-library. Should you have specific or
complex requests not easily conveyed in a bug report, feel free to reach
out to us (Florian and Lasse cc'ed) as well.

Other than 'area-library', can we use an additional label to track these?
There are hundreds of open issues under area-library.
