[dart-misc] Dart IDE installer.

After trying to fiddle with the command line, I decided that I was too
stupid and used the dart installer (http://www.gekorm.com/dart-windows/). I
deleted all Dart files, and ran the installer. I, however, am too stupid to
figure out how to run the IDE also. Yeah. Anyway, the only files I see are
update and delete everything...How do I run the IDE?

The Dart SDK does not include an IDE any longer. A list of Dart compatible
IDE's can be found here:

I use the Atom editor with the dartlang plugin.
