[dart-misc] Sky Markup Language?

If I recall correctly, Android devs can currently use XML to define their
UI in addition to programmatically creating it. Looking at the examples in
the Sky Engine repo, all I see is programmatic UI creation. Is there any
intent/plan to ship some sort of markup language support for Sky? It seems
like this would be do-able via a pub transformer or possibly via reflection.
