In case you're running Dart on App Engine Managed VM instances, you may
have received a notice that Managed VM is being replaced by the newer
Flexible Environment.
Thanks to Martin <https://github.com/mkustermann>, package:appengine
<https://pub.dartlang.org/packages/appengine> now supports this new
environment. Please refer to the migration document
