[dart-misc] About the website design

Hi,

I like the new look of dartlang.org.

But I think there is room for improvement.

The link to the SDK is called "Dart VM" on the main page.
The link to the SDK is also available via the tab called "Tools".
A consistent link name and destination page would be better.

IMO there should be a large button/link to "Stable channel SDK" and "Dev
channel SDK" on the main page.
Maybe above or under "Get Started" which should be bigger and flashier as
well.

Just for clarification, I meant the "www.dartlang.org" website. The
previous website design is restored by now.
